Arizona Supreme's Medical Staff

CERTIFIED AT's or EMT's 

They are engaged all game and will enter the field of play to ensure the safety and care of your athlete during an injury on the field.  They do more than just call 911.

Tier I

Owner's Package - $300 per team* -  SIGN UP TODAY

Arizona Supreme Responsibility:

 

  • Schedule 8 regular games  (4 home / 4 away)
  • Coverage for all game costs during the 4 away games
  • Support coordination of refs, medic & site supervisor  
  • Schedule and host all playoff games   
  • Host Championship Experience  
  • Host Bowl Championship Series   
  • Org tent allowed at Media Day and Signing Day
  • Provide end of season rings and trophies

 

Organization Responsibility

 

  • Pay Arizona Supreme 1 Owner's Package per team 
  • Team insurance 
  • Provide and host 4 homes games covering field, field reservation, 4 refs, site supervisor & medic expenses 
  • Show up to all scheduled games

*All athletes must purchase a player pass to be eligible for season

Tier II

GM Package - $1900 per team* - SIGN UP TODAY

(Includes: Season Pass - $1600 + Playoff Pass $300) 

Arizona Supreme Responsibility: 

 

  • Schedule 8 regular games (4 home / 4 away)    
  • Provide and cover costs associated to schedule refs, medic & site supervisor at 4 home games  -  Away games covered by opponent or Arizona Supreme 
  • Away games covered by opponent 
  • Schedule and host all playoff games    
  • Host Championship Experience   
  • Host Bowl Championship Series    
  • Org tent allowed at Media and  Signing Day 
  • Provide end of season rings and trophies

  • Pay Arizona Supreme 1 GM Package per team  
  • Team insurance 
  • Provide and host 4 homes games covering field reservation and field costs ONLY
  • Show up to all scheduled games

($200 Discount available if the organization provides their own medic)

Tier III

Coach Package - $3100 per team* - SIGN UP TODAY

 (Includes: Regular Season - $2800 + Playoff Pass $300)

  • Provide and cover costs associated to schedule field, refs, medic & site supervisor at 4 home games -  Away games covered by opponent or Arizona Supreme 
  • Schedule and host all playoff games
